Every Brunocarry bag is handmade in Italy by skilled artisans using premium Italian leather and fabrics. Each piece is unique and may have small variations that reflect its artisanal nature.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from Italy.
Typical delivery times are:
- Italy & EU: 2–5 business days
- UK: 4–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s website.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Brunocarry ships worldwide with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and Poste Italiane.
Customs duties or import taxes (for countries outside the EU) are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Custom or personalized bags are not eligible for return.

6. My bag arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry. Please email contact@brunocarry.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
