1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in compliance with EU and U.S. consumer standards.
To qualify, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Be returned with a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Be shipped back within 7 days after return approval.
Non-eligible items include:
- Custom-made, monogrammed, or personalized products.
- Sale or final-sale items.
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.
2. Return Process
- Request authorization by emailing us at info@brunocarry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our side.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Brunocarry is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
3. Refund Method and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, or credit card).
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs (initial delivery fees) are non-refundable, except in cases where Brunocarry shipped the wrong or defective product.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size, color, or model within 14 days of receipt.
To ensure availability, please contact us before returning the item.
If the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
- Brunocarry covers all return and reshipment costs in these cases.
6. Dispute Resolution
We encourage all customers to contact us directly before opening a PayPal or card dispute.
In case of disagreement, refunds will be handled according to the PayPal Buyer Protection and Seller Protection programs.
